We offer three levels of curriculum for certification in Intuit QuickBooks™ Pro and Premium.

- Intermediate Intuit QuickBooks™ Bookkeeper Certification Program
- Advanced Intuit QuickBooks™ Bookkeeper Certification Program
Entry-Level Intuit QuickBooks™ Bookkeeper Certification Program
The Entry-Level Certification program assists those in the accounting field to increase knowledge for advancement or training in Intuit QuickBooks™ software.
Individuals working in other fields such as virtual assistance and freelancing or those who want to increase their marketability and services benefit from our Entry-Level Program as well.
Learn the basics of accounting and Intuit QuickBooks™ so you can set up a company file and chart of accounts, write checks, make or receive payments, reconcile a bank account, and generate reports.
Four Required Courses:
- Intuit QuickBooks™ 101 - Introduction to Intuit QuickBooks™
- Intuit QuickBooks™ 102 - Daily Bookkeeping with Intuit QuickBooks™
- Intuit QuickBooks™ 103 - In-Depth Use of Intuit QuickBooks™
- Intuit QuickBooks™ 104 - Accounting Basics in Intuit QuickBooks™
One Elective Option.
Our QuickBooks 105 option is an open-end advanced-level online classroom that offers one full year of access to ask questions and get answers on specific issues or particular problems often faced in Accounting or when using Intuit QuickBooks™.
The CEO of IAC University, Heather Villa, and other QuickBooks Professionals and Accountants answer questions and provide explanations, answers, and tricks of the trade to enhance in-depth knowledge easily.
QuickBooks 105 also provides support for new bookkeepers and small business owners while they become adept with their newfound accounting knowledge.
IAC University Intermediate Intuit QuickBooks™ Bookkeeper Certification Program
The Intermediate Certification program enhances the Entry Level Intuit QuickBooks™ Bookkeeper Certification Program so students can learn about more advanced tools in Intuit QuickBooks™, such as the areas of Payroll, Sales Tax and Inventory.
Courses are elective and do not have to be taken in any particular order.
- Intuit QuickBooks™ 201 - Setting Up Inventory
- Intuit QuickBooks™ 202 - Tracking and Paying Sales Tax
- Intuit QuickBooks™ 203 - Payroll With Intuit QuickBooks™
Please note that all 200 level courses are available to anyone wishing to increase knowledge in a particular area of Intuit QuickBooks™.
